All sales shipped to the USA or Canada are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size charts before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered:

1. Email us at Info@syn42clo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.

2. Attach clear photos showing the defect or issue.

3. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge. In most cases, you do not need to return the item.
